Originally getting his start in the world of luxury vacation rentals and leasing, Max possesses a deep understanding of the concierge aspects of the business. He excels in catering to the intricacies of high-profile clients on both the leasing and sales sides of the game. Along with his business partner, Jon Granston, the two are privileged to work with a very diverse clientele - spanning from professional athletes, actors, executives, developers, and everything in between. Their ‘Collective Properties’ team is known across the county for providing each and every client with the top caliber attention and service they deserve. Max also posses an undergrad degree in Global Business Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship that he often calls upon to view the real estate industry through an entirely different lens, not possessed by many other agents in the business.

Max was raised in Encinitas, California and as a result, he has an innate, deeply-rooted understanding of the North County market. He posses an expansive network of upstanding individuals that are deeply engrained in the local community, something that only develops through years of growing up in the area.
