Welcome to Del Mar Real Estate

From the moment you arrive in Del Mar, it is easy to see why this seaside community has served as a celebrity getaway since the 1930s. Del Mar offers the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, but in a more relaxed atmosphere. Years pass, but Del Mar’s appeal remains the same.

Incredible beaches. Beautiful people. The Del Mar Race Track. High-end boutiques. Powerhouse Park. Luxurious resorts. Oceanfront dining.

Start your day with a walk on the beach. Spend the morning shopping downtown. Catch a few races at the track in the afternoon. Enjoy a glorious sunset while dining oceanfront on local cuisine. Meet friends for a night cap before heading home.

Del Mar is known for its lifestyle, one that is unique to this upscale beach community. Many visitors to Del Mar never want to leave, and who can blame them? Maybe it’s the beaches. It could be the incredible shopping, dining, or a great summer day at the race track. Or the breathtaking views. Whatever it is, San Diego residents and visitors alike find themselves dreaming of life in Del Mar. The beaches and lifestyle are what draw vacationers to the region, but they are also the reason we feel fortunate to call Del Mar home.
