    Founder & CEO

    As a Del Mar native and prominent San Diego Luxury Real Estate agent, Brett founded P.S. Platinum to bring the highest level of service to the luxury rental market in San Diego’s most beautiful communities. Brett brings invaluable experience, intuition, and creative vision. When not at our local Del Mar office, you’ll find him with his family on their Julian ranch.

    Chief Operating Officer

    A life-long local, Rory’s extensive background in both finance and leasing extends to vacation rental management where he brings a unique blend of financial acumen, operational analysis, and a passion for maximizing revenue and profitability to any team. When Rory isn’t in the office, you’ll catch him hanging out at the beach with his wife and 4 kids.

    Southern California native, Chelsea brings over a decade of experience in the vacation rental industry to the team. With deep-rooted understanding of the industry, her expertise spans from technology integrations to operating processes to luxury service. When she’s not behind a computer, you’ll find Chelsea on an adventure with her daughter.

    Local to Southern California, Caylie’s extensive background in client relations and sales brings to the table strong project leadership and elevates her ability to bring first-class service to both internal and external aspects of the business. When Caylie isn’t assisting our guests with their dream vacations, you’ll find her on a road trip or at the beach!

    A SoCal native, Candice combines her extensive experience with a passion for creating flawless experiences. Her commitment to excellence and deep understanding of luxury standards ensure exceptional property care for both homeowners and guests. When she is not perfecting our homes, you’ll find Candice on the field watching her boys play soccer.

When she is not assisting our clients, you’ll find Danielle at the beach!
