Great host with excellent communication. House was clean and as advertised. Make sure to note the lack of a/c. Not an issue during our trip, really, but important to take into account. Our family enjoyed it very much!

We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed this house. The location is great being walking distance to the cute Carlsbad main area. The views are amazing, especially of the sunsets. The beds are comfortable. The hosts are attentive. It is well stocked. Really amazing and we will rent again!

Amazing beachfront location and property management is very responsive! Walking distance to downtown Carlsbad. Property is spacious and has a well stocked kitchen.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was clean and had everything we could need for our stay. The view was incredible from the living room! Access to the beach was easily accessible. The chairs provided were perfect for the beach! We will definitely book this home again.

The view is exactly as it looks. Easy access to the beach. The home is very large so all four bedrooms can be occupied with comfort for all. TV’s in every room which is always a plus. The home is old but they’ve done a great job decorating to make it feel comfortable and cozy. They could use more lamps in the living room as the ceiling lights are quite austere. Would definitely stay again.
